TLW Team Site Walk at Palm Valley

There is nothing quite like seeing a project take shape firsthand.

Recently, the TLW Construction team stepped away from the office and headed to Palm Valley for a company site walk to watch an exciting milestone unfold—the tilt walls going up.

Watching the Project Take Shape

Seeing the walls erected is always an impressive moment in the construction process. What was once a foundation and a series of plans is quickly beginning to take shape, giving the team a firsthand look at the scale and progress of the project.

The site walk gave members of the TLW team an opportunity to see the work happening in the field, learn more about the tilt-up construction process, and experience the coordination and planning required to safely bring each panel into place.

Learning Beyond the Office

At TLW, we believe that some of the best learning happens in the field. Bringing our team together on active job sites allows everyone—from the office to project teams—to gain a greater understanding of the work, processes, and people behind each project.

It also gives us the opportunity to recognize the amount of teamwork and preparation that goes into reaching major construction milestones like this one.
